I was privileged by God's mercy to have a flying start to my academic journey in secondary school and I graduated as the overall best WASSCE candidate in West Africa for the 2018 set. Also, in medical school, I have bagged two distinctions so far by the grace of God. I love sharing my knowledge either in my academic discipline, or generally knowledge that helps people grow and excel academically. This passion has moved me to write an eBook, "A Practical Guide to Academic Excellence." I love contributing my knowledge to help people grow academically and overcome challenges that may face them. God's excellent Spirit in me has equipped me for this task.

My academic journey is one which testifies of an important factor that influences academic success and that is; Friendship and community. By God's grace, I was surrounded with godly friends and community who helped me remain focused and reach the goal even when difficulties arose along the way. This made me understand that God has not set you on this course (education) and life generally to do it alone, but aside having Him as your all in all, he also blesses you with godly friends and communities. This is something I desire every student aspire for and maximise. I am passionate to see students/youths generally discover purpose and live purposefully in every of their endeavours.

Jideofor is a mathematics undergraduate at the University of Ibadan, with a growing interest in Pure Mathematics—particularly Algebraic Number Theory, Algebraic Topology, and Algebraic Structures. Jideofor is a staunch advocate of sound mathematical ethics and, in the spirit of George Pòlya, an advocate of classical mathematics through problem-solving—revealing the universal simplicity and beauty underlying mathematics. He is also an active volunteer at the CHRISTAD Foundation, where he uses his knowledge of mathematics and its essence to inspire secondary school students, offering them a fresh perspective on the subject. He is committed to inspiring and mentoring young minds to pursue careers in mathematics and science.

During the course of my study, I have been privileged to share my story, insight and perspective in guiding others to the path of excellence, passion and diligence in what they do. I have come to realise that the privilege to be educated is something to be valued and maximised for personal transformation and becoming a blessing to the society. I am passionate to see students/young ones grow in understanding of purpose and fulfilling it, to know who they are, what lies in them and how to bring it out to be agents of transformation in this world.

I once struggled deeply with poor grades, but through God’s grace, discipline, and consistent hard work, my story changed. I graduated with a Second Class Upper Division in Physiology and later achieved a JAMB score of 329, securing admission into Medicine and Surgery. This journey taught me an invaluable truth: past performance does not define future potential. Transformation is always possible. I believe education is a great transformer, it reshapes the mind, nurtures growth, and breaks limitations. Having personally walked the path from failure to success, I want others to know they can overcome academic struggles and rise to their full potential. As a mentor, I combine personal experience with proven strategies to guide students through their academic transformation.
